Young palm trees sway in the gentle breezes, they greet you at the front door of our brand-new villa set on a very private compound. Friendly neighbours wave good morning when you take a walk along the quiet roads with just the sounds of the occasional rooster or goat you may hear. As you enter the Villa foyer, you have a view all the way outside to the patio terrace. Everything is there for your pleasure, BBQ, lounge area by the pool, and entertaining areas under the large, covered deck. Enjoy the early sunrise, magnificent sunsets, and the lovely view of the ocean and mountains of St Maarten.
So relax and sip on that island cocktail.

Elegant Interiors
The inside was designed with gracious hosting in mind. The main living areas are a gathering place for friends and family that may have come along for this holiday. Everything is here for your convenience. The master bedroom is airy and spacious, complimented by a large ensuite washroom and French doors out to the terrace. The two separate bedrooms are in a stand-alone building off the pool area patio that is designed with privacy in mind, each with its own en-suite bathrooms.
Amenities
The well-stocked kitchen is a dream for cooking your meals when you don’t want to go out. Along with the new outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, you have lots of room to entertain by the pool. There are lots of spices and condiments for your use. Also, any food in the cupboards! We can also do an arrival Shopping for your first-day necessities.
In the front hall closet, you will find snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, and coolers. There are chair cushions, beach towels, and pool toys in the villa. We have large bath towels and quality bedding, hair blow dryers, and a safe for your valuables in each room.
We consider this Self-catering in that we only supply housekeeping once per week so if you want sheets and towels changed more often, you will be able to do them yourself in the well-equipped Laundry room.
Anguilla is a culinary delight. From the dozens of local restaurants and BBQ places to the fun beach bars to superb high-end dining destinations. You will find it all here. But when you want to cook at ‘home’, grocery shopping is good. Small stores do carry some alcohol and wine, the larger grocery stores have a better selection but if you want something special go to the wine store next to the Village bakery on the main road in South Hill, Grands Vins de France. Or Tropical Distributors in the east, near the Best Buy Grocery.
Anguilla is very safe. Of course, you must always be careful with your possessions but you can walk on the beaches and drive anywhere on the island and not worry.
But the best thing about Anguilla is the people, they are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The neighbours beep or wave and say Good morning/afternoon/evening, not just Hi.

All rates are in US Dollars per night based on one to two guests per bedroom. Maximum occupancy 6 adults.
Rates include housekeeping service once a week if staying for 7 days or more. Minimum 4 nights stay.

Deposit Requirements
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is refundable 60 days before your arrival less a 10% cancellation fee. All Holiday/ Festive season reservations are non-refundable. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.
No smoking indoors.
No pets, except service dogs.
